Dynatrace have an option in the section called Error detection, in that section you can set the option to treat missing HTTP Code as server or client error. So when we activate the option we start to receive a lot of NO RESPONSE REQUESTS errors. we want to know what is this and if we need to use them as a real alert or not? for now we deactivate the option cause we do not want to generate false positives. But we need to understand how dynatrace capture this errors and if we have to worried about it?
tyvm for your concern!

This blog post describes this setting: https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/improved-failu...
From section "Improved HTTP response code treatment":
"In most cases, an empty HTTP response code isn’t indicative of an error, but rather of a client abort situation. However, this isn’t always the case. You can now inform Dynatrace when you consider the absence of an HTTP status code to be indicative of a failed request. Be careful with this on the client side however: “Fire and forget” HTTP posts that don’t wait for responses also don’t have HTTP response codes."
