We detected a problem in the JVM heap memory. However, we detected that the graph is has an interruption. The server that is hosting this process is online, what could be causing this interruption in the graph?

Hi @soportetr 

It is likely that the OA process suspended due to lack of RAM on the monitored host. It is worth verifying what entries are in the OA logs.

Beside's @radek_jasinski suggestion, do you know if the JVM process might have crashed/terminated?
