How are database services captured?

For my Oracle database I can see that database name f.e. is filled in.

For my Virtuoso database I see that some of the properties are missing.

Does anybody have an idea how I can set these properties for Virtuoso. I've already discussed this with our Virtuoso database person, but he has no idea how to configure these properties.

You can manually set that via the custom properties file for the oneagent. But i dont see that database as a supported database via that link you provided.
