How can we explain gap in PP execution

Hi guys,

Prospect find a PP that last 13.5s and when looking into the code level there is a gap of 13s

and also under the PP water fall there is a gap

But no explanation also under the timing

Any suggestion what are we seeing here?

When going to PP analyze and clicking on View method hotspots

That what we get

Is that means that 98% of total processing time - 551ms or 98% of the response time 13.5s
