Regarding Dynatrace SaaS SLA, it is stated on https://www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/sla/saas/ a(as at least 99.5%).
That's fine but... how/where can we see its actual availability rate (for every month)?

I agree Dynatrace really needs to expose the availability rate. I am sure that there is a demand the Dynatrace backend provider to provide availability rates. Does Dynatrace accept from them just assume we are up and available 100% of the time? We all know that 100% is unrealistic and that is why we see uptime SLA rates like 99.5 or 99.999.
