Regarding Dynatrace SaaS SLA, it is stated on https://www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/sla/saas/ a(as at least 99.5%).
That's fine but... how/where can we see its actual availability rate (for every month)?

I know we can see the status and trouble history on the page, but it seems we can't find availability rate....
We do not expose precise values. You can assume it's 100% minus what we share at status.io.

If they have any reasons that we may have breached SLA - they can open a support ticket to get details. We are working on exposing availability metrics, however I can't write any ETA yet.

I agree Dynatrace really needs to expose the availability rate. I am sure that there is a demand the Dynatrace backend provider to provide availability rates. Does Dynatrace accept from them just assume we are up and available 100% of the time? We all know that 100% is unrealistic and that is why we see uptime SLA rates like 99.5 or 99.999.
