How to monitor IBM Spectrum Scale in Dynatrace

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to monitor IBM Spectrum Scale using Dynatrace. Has anyone implemented monitoring for this system? What methods or extensions do you recommend to collect performance and availability metrics for Spectrum Scale?

Hi,

I do not see extension information in Hub.

It means, you need to create your own solution to extend Dynatrace.

It looks like some support for GPFS mounts has been added to OneAgent.  OneAgent now detects the disks and brings in some limited data such as space, inodes, etc.  It looks like this may have been added around 309?

I'm not sure if this brings in any of the GPFS specific metrics (like waiters/etc.) at this point that I've found yet...
