The short answer would be: You cannot
But we have some workarounds like install the agent and after the installation stop the oneaget services.
Also think that the proceses monitored will need a restart before the agent gets autoinjected in the application, so after the installation,if no process restart has been done you will get just infrastructure metrics.
The last option that come to my mind is after installation, go to Dynatrace UI : Settings > Monitoring overview > Hosts and disable the new host installed. With this the host will no longer be monitored, but it will be monitored for the time it takes you to disable it on the UI.
