Dears,
Recently we have migrated the IIB services to CP4I (IBM Cloud Pak). As per Dynatrace support, CP4I is not supported. However, few services are being captured in Dynatrace. Let's say 5 services out of 50 services. Is there any solution/fix for this?

Yes, you can use Custom Service in this situation and try to manually instrument the services.

I have a similar case, is there no official suppor for IBM Cloud Pak for Integration? In our case this is the specific product the client has:

It is deployed to a Red Hat Openshift cluster but I want to be sure as to what are the specifics if any.
