IBM MQ missing traces on the queue listener side

Hi guys,

We are wondering what can be the RC for not seeing all messages sent from IBM MQ client on the IBM MQ Queue listener side?
We instrument all the MQ machines with OA and sure that the MQ extension is pulling all the connection correct including the alias and remote definitions
We are using EF1 IBM Message Queue Java, Version: 2.021.1
Can ALM on the IBM MQ OA be the issue here, BTW we set the process per minute to 100K/min, or maybe this is an issue of ATM on DTMC side?

Here is screen shoot that shows 1150 request sent to the queue but only 200~ pulled by queue listener

Any Idea how to begin investigate this issue will be appreciated!

Thanks in advance

@Yosi_Neuman Did you make any progress with this? If so can you please share with us the actions you took?

Hi @ChadTurner

With support we ended up guessing that this an applicative issue in which the listeners are not reading all the messages sent to them (i.e. the application sending 3 messages but the listener is only reading one of the messages)
