IIB Execution Groups Representation

Dear All,

Is it possible to show the IIB execution groups in the service flow (as Dynatrace consider the execution group as a process as well as service) to cover end to end view?

@Babar Q. is this a custom plugin? if you currently cannot do this in Dynatrace then I would recommend tossing in a RFE to let the product specialists know that this is something you are interested in.
