Ignore HTTP 500 error on a particular PHP page of Apache service

We want to ignore the 500 errors recorded on the below page.

I want to ignore the 500 errors on only one php page, I don't want to ignore for entire service. On this service there are many php pages are running.

Not precisely the solution you're looking for, but would a workaround be to simply mute the whole request? Then you'd get no more alerts about the 500 responses: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/platform-modules/applications-and-microservices/services/service-mon...

(Btw maybe a good practise would be to hide the customer's domain info from the question.)

Thanks, i have muted that request as a temporary solution and edited my post to hide the domain information.
