Incoming/outgoing connections on Host Page

How does Dynatrace identify the ingoing and outgoing connections for Host? Is it based on purepath data?

Hello @hqlee ,

To put it correctly. Incoming and outgoing connection is based upon process connection interlink.

Say if process A calls process B then host1 which are running on process A will show as incoming connection host2.

click on any host --> click on ... 3 dot  --> click on analyze process connection
