Is it possible to filter HTTP requests per Service?

Our customer has the use case to check if incoming request are http or https as the application has to follow the rule to support https requests only. Is it possible to filter http-requests vs. https-requests per service (or best case per application)?

I created HTTPS and HTTP filter as a Web request URL request attribute.
