I am new to Dynatrace so need help in this content. Can anyone help in knowing what are the factors and key points we need while adding a new cluster active gate to support external web monitoring.

I recommend determining what the need is for that AG. If its is truly for the Cluster, are you using it for VMware, or Cloud integrations etc..
