Location of Policy management documentation and details around it?

I have looked and I can not seem to find any documentation around this "Policy management" area. I am guessing this might give us more granular controls? 

Does anyone have a link to the documentation on this?

The documentation is live now and can be accessed here:

I feel that this may help on understanding it.
