Management zone group by VMWare virtual machine

Hi All,

I'm using Dynatrace Managed and connect to multiple vCenter via the VMWare integration. Is it possible to create a management by virtual machines? The reason behind is a signal ESXi host contains VM of multiple countries, I want group them into different management zone for dashboard and analysis.

We have used the APIs to load our VMware tags into Dynatrace. We can then use the tags to filter or create mgmt zones for dashboard filtering. That way you could tag your VMs with country info in VMware and use those.

That sounds great, Bill. Is it API from VMWare or Dynatrace? Could you tell / guide me how to do that?
