Hello,
When creating a MZ with a Host rule, the option:
Apply to processes running on matching hosts
has in practice no use, I assume this is copied from the tagging code?

Yes it is, but let me ask why it has no use in practice?
Best greetings,

Hi Wolfgang,
I noticed that processes are always visible on a Host, the check-box has no influence on this.
The check-box will have influence on process related problems in the MZ?
So my remark was to premature?

Yes thats true, we decided that the entity is allowed to show the names of other entities that are directly related in order to not confuse the information. So instead of hiding some of the processes on a host, you do see the names of those processes BUT you are not allowed to navigate to their infoscreens in case you don't have those in your MZ.
Same for services, so if a service A calls service B and only A is within your MZ, you can see the reference of B on service screen A but you cant navigate to the screen of service B.
I hope that makes sense?
Best greetings,
Wolfgang
