Microsoft Data-verse - Custom API

Morning community,

company is using D365 on SaaS and to full fill some business function it is using and actively developing CustomAPI with Dataverse. (Create and use custom APIs (Microsoft Dataverse) - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn)

Is there anyone who knows if some instrumentation can be done with Dynatrace or OTel or some log cab be push outbound o Dynatrace?

I'm aware of the recent video published by Dynatrace on D365 integration but here I'm more interested in only extracting business event instead of having tracing capability.

Hello Paco, as I was saying in my Ps I'm aware of that. I admit I'd prefer not to go down that road and consume license that i already have without having to rely on other extensions which might have additional cost and contract separate from Dynatrace

AFAIK that is all about D365. 
Can I suggest you to open a product idea with your use case?

Hello, I take your suggestion but I will not follow up on this as the need was already expressed from  many existing customer, clients and consultants. Distributed traces and organic monitoring of a Dynamic 365 environment has been asked multiple time, over and over, at least back from 2022.
