Hi Folks,
Does anyone has experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM monitoring with Dynatrace?
If yes, could you please share it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Mizső

We've encountered it on one poc. Works just fine, including RUM as it's a .NET application. But we did not focus on more detailed monitoring.

Ahoj @Julius_Loman,
We would have also a POC at a prospect client by the end of this year. Client would like to focus this application during the POC, that is why I raised the question. Thanks for the clarification.
If there would be any important outcome from the POC I am going to share it with the community.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,

HI @Mizső - Can you please share the outcome of the POC? 1) Server-side monitoring 2) RUM monitoring
I have been asked to monitor the application which is using Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011.
We did install the agent in full stack on the underlying server, but it does not seem to be detecting any services.
Also, struggling with RUM as multiple JS are being injected on web page.
Thanks
Suresh

Thanks, for the response.
I will try to get this complete and publish the result.

The most probable reason why you see multip[lpe injections is because Dynamics is using iFrames, meaning several independent web pages on one "global" one. Since this is the case, each page gets its own script and reports only on it.
