I believe you have enabled the log monitoring, which is through - The Log Monitoring configuration.
However, can you please check if the log files are actually configured in the log storage settings to be monitored by Dynatrace:
Since I also see that log files which are trying to be monitored are rotated, which is the reason we see the hash character. I would highly recommend validating the log file path and its permissions. Along with the below supportability:
