I did see that , but still issue is not resolved.

Hi,

It means, have you reached limit?

Have you enabled this flag in OS Service definition?

Yes setting is enabled. Limit is not reached.

@sundarv1 Is it just for one host you are unable to see the OS Services or the entire environment ? Is this the first time you are configuring OS services or were they visible earlier for any of the hosts?

What is the count and limit you see for OS services when you run the below queries in data explorer ?

PS: the above query shows only top 20, so there is a chance os:service may not be visible in the result

Hi,

Agree with @p_devulapalli , maybe you are not matching any host with OS service running. I would say:

  • Review OS Service configuration.
  • Review systemd service exist in target host.
  • Review systemd version is 230 or higher.

systemd is a Linux service. What is the same for windows.

Hi,

Can you share OS definition created in Dynatrace + Windows Service screenshot?

Hi ,

please check the attached image for the configuration created on the Dynatrace along with windows service screenshot.

Thanks

Hi,

Can you try it with option "Service Name" instead of "Display Name" as Service property?

And, can you double check Dynatrace software is in those versions?
