Hi,
I am trying to create new service from external endpoint in the monitored system.
I opened Requests to public networks and then click on any domain from the Web requests list.
Whatever domain I select though the button Monitor as separate service stays grayed out and cannot be clicked. See the attached screenshot below.
What is the correct way to use Monitor as separate service button?
I haven't tried with the API yet but wanted to see first if I am doing something wrong.

After working with Support on this, it appears that your account might have limited permissions for this. are you able to select the button on other public networks? Do you have admin permissions/Permissions to change monitoring settings?
