Hi
I got this question from a colleague:
Platform examples: powerBI reports, SharePoint pages, e-learnings, newsletters
The monitoring goals would be:
We have "click counts" via native embedded solutions (like in SharePoint and PowerBI) does Dynatrace provide deeper analytics?
I have looked at the Microsoft 365 Extension, it looks like that could cover the SharePoint part, regarding PowerBI I am not sure the "Azure Poewr BI Embedded monitoring" suffice.
Anyone having any experience monitoring SharePoint and/or PowerBI using Dynatrace?

@ANLTH - Great questions. Sorry this is a bit late, but... you can achieve a bunch of this via Dynatrace. Granted you will need to be able to deploy the Oneagent either via the hosted/monitored servers of the webfront, or manually injected for applications that are cloud hosted.
Once the agent is deployed by the various methods, you can then start to build out your business metrics. This can be used as an example:
Granted this is the older/classic UI but these segments can still be achieved. This also becomes even more robust as customers shift to RUM in grail and everything is event based. The image above is something we built out for a customer that wanted to understand UX metrics like - How many people put in an incorrect Credit card number, failed to provide their card expiration, or gave an invalid zipcode etc...
You can also leverage Dynatrace to build conversion goals to track how many users send 15 mins 2 hours, 5 hours on your page, items clicked, urls accessed etc, then this data is then compared to the remainder of the users on the application to say 50% of the users have a session of 2 hours or longer etc....
The possibilities are indeed endless!
