Multi environment ActiveGate for Dynatrace SaaS Rest API

Hi!

We are moving from Managed to SaaS. We have a set of Cluster ActiveGates which are publicly exposed for RUM, Mobile Apps, Metrics Ingestion and Extraction (REST APIs).

However when I try to configure this in SaaS I am trying to do it with multi environment activegates. But I get a 404 cannot resolve tenant when I try to do a curl https://<load balancer>:9999/api/v2/metrics?Api-Token=<Redacted>

Limitations

You cannot use an Environment ActiveGate configured for multi-environment support to:

• Connect to environments from different clusters

This makes multi-env activegates useless for Saas, right? I stumbled upon this during a migration from managed. Didn't understand that 'different clusters' doesn't make sense in this context.

I would suggest to remove this from the documentation...

So it is not transparent if what is meant by cluster here. But I admin one solution with a multi environment activegate setup
