No processes detected according to Deployment Status tab

Checking the deployment status of a host, in the Deployment status tab - All hosts, Dynatrace says there are no processes detected:

According to the specified Host tab instead, a list of detected processes is available:

Why processes are not visible on Deployment status tab, even if some of them (MySQL process, in this case) meet Dynatrace detecting criterias?

It sometimes takes some time for the "deployment status" and other pages to display the full information after initial deployment or process restart. If you check that same page after a couple of minutes, the deployment status page should be showing the accurate information.
