Old UI vs New UI

Has anyone worked out how to switch between environments in the new UI?

The only way I can switch is moving back to the old UI and then going to the top right to select another env.

Am I going crazy?

No, you are not crazy, it's not yet in the new UI, see this topic. The good news is, it's going to be there soon.
