Dynatrace OneAgent failed to connect to Dynatrace Managed cluster node.
When I deploy OneAgent in Windows, all services are shown, but there are no log records.

Hi @sumitkumar,
this could be due to multiple things, if you are sure that the log file (C:/ProgramData/dynatrace/oneagent/log/os/.....) is empty with no logs, you can try to reinstall it again but after uninstalling and removing the old configurations and restarting the server, and if the log file still has no logs you can open a support ticket but most probably you will find the reason in the logs.

It would be very strange if you don't have log entries after installation. Verify that you are checking in the correct path - see what @Mohamed_Hamdy wrote
