The attached configuration procedures describe the step-by-step integration configurations between Dynatrace and Slack for problem notifications.

• Helping businesses of all sizes grow and send productivity on the fly.

Prerequisites:

• Communications should be allowed either between Dynatrace cluster nodes or ActiveGates and Slack endpoint URL.

Through Slack:

• Slack team should follow the attached procedures to create the required Webhook.
• Once created Slack team share it with Dynatrace team for integration configurations.

Through Dynatrace:

• Specify the below mandatory configuration parameters.

• The accurate webhook URL should follow the attached format: https://hooks.slack.com/services/A00000000/C00000000/DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
• Customize the message payload as per required attributes

• Select the intended alerting profile and Send test notification.
