Purepaths across environments

Hi,
we have a huge dynatrace manged installation with many environments. They are all logical units on their own. To get a full picture we have to connect pure paths from one environment to another. This seems to be possible accross products, like AppMon <> Dynatrace https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/cross-product-...

Is such a feature also available within the same product? Or accross our different dynatrace-managed installations?

Hi Patrik,

There is nothing like this available currently. With the announcement of Management Zones (https://www.dynatrace.com/platform/management-zone... all of your applications should really be monitored within the same environment anyway. What is your use case/reason for having them in different environments?

Hi Hayden,
management zones are a nice feature, but they do not solve all problems which we face. Their are plenty of short comings, like:
- different privileges for different entities: E.g. the team1 relies on a microservice(MS) of team2, nevertheless team1 should be able to change and see their entites but not the onces of team2
- Accross managed clusters: MS1 in AWS-US relies on MS2 AWS-EU due to data locality we have to report data to a cluster within the datacenter, still we need to connect purepath's to analyze problems
- Troubleshooting with customers: They use our MS within their MS. They report to their own environment.
