RHEL 7.9 custom event "Throttler"

On an application load test, I see some CPU saturation, then custom events "Throttler".

Advice on where this event is coming from would be appreciated. Not sure if something from the OS or perhaps related to OneAgent.

I'm not sure here, but I believe this indicates that the throttling mechanism of OneAgent processes has kicked in and this just informs you.
