May I know which time frame is this "+2.82s" compared against? Will it be the baseline of the average response time gathered from the past 24 hours?
It picks a timeframe prior to the active problem that is not itself affected by another problem. The timeframe is dynamic but should be within the last 24h. We are planning to improve this to make it easier to understand.
