Retention Period of Traces

Hello,

I know that up until now all the data, traces, code-level information can be stored in Dynatrace SAAS for 10 days.

Is it possible to extend this period? I have a big customer that wants to migrate from Managed to SAAS but this is a blocking aspect of SAAS.

Thank you

Hi,

If you are in SaaS (Grail), you can customize your buckets from 1 day to 10 years https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/grail-data-model#custom-grail-buckets

I am not aware traces are in Grail yet, but when they are, I hope they follow same data retention than logs.

But lets wait some confirmation about that.

Best regards
