I would say it can be monitored using OS services monitoring.

Hello @Babar_Qayyum 

SSRS is a .NET process but deep monitoring is not possible, as far as I've seen. The best you'll get is the high-level process metrics and availability, without code-level insights. Apart from that, what @AntonPineiro suggested would also be relevant.
