Hi Team,
I am trying out the new Environment Segmentation feature in Dynatrace and facing an issue.
I was able to create a segment successfully using a host filter (for example, host.name = <hostname>). In the segment preview, I can clearly see the host and its related entities like processes, containers, etc., so it looks like the segment definition is working fine.
However, when I go to Infrastructure & Operations → Explorer and select the same segment, I don’t see any data (hosts/processes show “No data found”), even after changing the timeframe to last 7 days and resetting the view.
I expected the segment to filter and show the host and its related entities in this view, but it’s not happening.
Is there something I am missing in terms of:
Any suggestions or best practices on how to make segments reflect correctly in Infra & Operations would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Selvam
I see no issue on my side. Can you try adding a Host or Process Group from More and check

@p_devulapalli ,
Thanks for the note. However, i cant find the entity.name in environment/tenant under the environment segmentation. I am using Dynatrace SaaS, with latest OneAgent version.
