Something when wrong with spans on Demo env?

Hi,

I'm trying to fetch spans on demo.live.dynatrace.com:

When I go to Distributed Traces:

When I try the same on other env it works correct. Can someone with access check what happens and what we can do if something like this happens on our customer env?

@deni Try form a notebook , that should get you the data you are after. Not sure Logs and events app provides that

Yes, in the Notebooks it works. I opened this screen because these were directions from some of the videos in the University ...

@deni everything is fine. 
The (classic) Logs & events app was designed for querying logs,  thus, you don't have any common fields for spans selected and fields like "content" are typically empty. Use Notebooks for querying spans (preferred) or select the fields.

If anything is broken, open a support ticket or chat, but I recommend always double-check things first before raising one.

@Julius_LomanI double checked ... As I wrote I tested the same on other env and this is the result (on the demo env I still don't see anything):

Nothing is wrong - select your columns. Logs & events app has 3 predefined fields: timestamp, status and content. None of these exist in spans.
