Right now, we have one single default_spans bucket.
We would like to create separate Spans Buckets for each of our services.
I was able to create several Spans Buckets in Storage Management.
However, when I try to create Spans Bucket Rules, I'm not finding a "Bucket Assignment" section for Spans.
Is there a way to assign Spans to specific Spans Buckets, similar to what we can do with Logs?
Is this just not possible to do in the UI?
Thank you.

AFIK is possible when you have the rate card for Spans on Grail, you can set the Bucket and create an OpenPipeline rule to handle the traffic

Update:
A few days after my original post, as part of the latest Dynatrace SaaS release, we gained the ability to create Spans Buckets via the OpenPipeline app.
I still don't see a way to do this via the UI, similar to how it's done with Logs.

Hello ASE,
But still you can assign the Spans into custom bucket using Openpipeline app UI right (by clicking +Pipeline option) ?

Hello ASE
In addition to Akhil's message below:
When creating a pipeline for Spans, you can set up bucket assignment similar to other datatypes (see screenshot below)
