Switch OneAgent to non-root mode after installation

Hi,

is there a way to switch OneAgent to non-root mode after installing OneAgent in standard mode. Or do I need to reinstall the OneAgent to switch to non-root mode?

Hi Rene,

you need to reinstall the OneAgent. This is because certain configuration steps related to non-root mode happen only during the installation.

These concern mostly setting up certain permissions on OneAgent files, assigning file capabilities and writing specific entries to OneAgent configuration files.
