Symantec process

We do not see the Symantec process on our monitored servers (hosts) in the consuming processes. Is this by design and can we monitor it's impact on the CPU? Are there any issues if we can define it so we can see it's impact on our server's performance?

Oneagent qualifies processes based on some criteria described in the documentation:
https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/process-groups/basic-concepts/which-are-...

Remaining processes are in the "Other process" group and you can't see in the details. You can, however, set up a custom process detection rule, that will enable you to put your defined processes into important ones:
https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/process-groups#custom-process-group-detection-rules
After defining the rule and restarting those processes you should be able to see them (in the All processes screen, they won't be on the Host page).
