It might depend on how often your Browser monitor is running, but what about something like this? https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Product-ideas/Alert-for-lack-of-data-on-Synthetic-Monitors-for-pu...

Hello @HannahM

The interval is set to 5 minutes; however, my primary need is to receive alerts regarding any missing data. What steps will be taken to accomplish this goal in the most recent Managed cluster?

Cool. Then the custom event for alerting that alerts on lack of data should do what you want.

Hello @Babar_Qayyum ,
Alternatively, Did you get change to look at the custom alert creation.

Metric: builtin:synthetic.browser.success.geo

If execution is completed value will be 1 so try setting  up below conditions which is <1

Have a nice day!

Hello @RazTN7

I have modified the metric selector to builtin:synthetic.browser.success in order to establish a global no data alert rather than one specific to a particular geographic location, following the monitoring strategy outlined. However, I still lack confidence regarding the intended purpose. Do you possess any personal experience in this matter?

I don't have direct experience into this matter, But I have strong intuition that this might work.

Have a nice day!
