Is there any way to tag the services discovered by otel traces?

Yes, for tagging you can use an automatic tagging rule. There are several approaches:

A more complex and harder-to-maintain option is tagging by service ID. This ensures a clean and precise result and is also fast.

A more sustainable approach is tagging based on entity rules for services, where you tag based on specific attribute values.
