Tibco EMS Monitoring with Dynatrace

Hi

What kind of support is offered for Tibco EMS with Dynatrace?

It is a Java process so I expect to see process health metrics including connectivity, suspension etc. However, is full service level insight possible?

If not, perhaps we could extend this via a custom plugin.

Hi,

This has several dimensions.

1. Dynatrace understands queue interactions that use Tibco EMS via JMS

2. All the typical java and process monitoring metrics are available (heap, suspension, network connectivity...)

3. Dynatrace can automatically profile the code level execution of these JMS processing. Even without Services this works for the whole process (https://www.dynatrace.com/blog/analyze-cpu-consump...
