Do you know how we can disable the capture of traces that correspond to "muted Requests"?

You should start your topic in the ASK section.
This is where we post tips on how to use Dynatrace.
You can find the answer to your question here:

This documentation refers to the muted request configuration.
I haven't problems with the configuration, I even go through Monaco to do it.
The “Muted request” is well removed from statistics and alerts as agreed.
However, Dynatrace always captures and stores Traces linked to this request.
How can we disable trace capture?

I have moved your post to the appropriate section

Hi,
I think we can not disable the capture of muted requests.
Mute the requests will make them "less" visible, but still captured. As far as I know, it's not possible to disable the capture. But who can the most can the less, it's not causing any issue to capture more than needed ?

Christophe

Just to add - if it's a web request, it can be excluded in the Settings -> Service side monitoring -> Deep monitoring configuration. Then it won't be captured at all.

We will try to exclude traces of these requests in this way

It seems that we capture too many traces over certain periods and that some are dropped. We therefore imagined that it would be interesting to exclude muted requests
