Transfer my certificate to my new organisation mail which are under university.dynatrace.com

I have changed organizations and would like to transfer my Dynatrace University certifications, badges, and course history from my old email to my new organization email. What needs to be done here. As already raised a ticket with dynatrace support team but no luck.

have you opened a support ticket and point it to the university team?

The Dynatrace Community team will be able to help you transfer the old account to your new account. I has to do this about 3 years ago. There were some strict rules that we had to follow to get it to migrate over. @AgataWlodarczyk
