Hi @ChadTurner ,I raised a ticket with them on 25 December 2025, but I haven’t received a response yet.

The Dynatrace Community team will be able to help you transfer the old account to your new account. I has to do this about 3 years ago. There were some strict rules that we had to follow to get it to migrate over. @AgataWlodarczyk

This Community and Dynatrace University are 2 different systems.
I noticed, that you already submitted a ticket to the University, which is the only way to transfer all your University credentials.
Hope they will get back to you shortly.

I have the same problem and i submitted my ticket from 17 december and the problem is not solved till now and i have work to done and i need my certificate as soon as possible
