USER and GROUP parameter

I have a question about how to locate and change the USER and GROUP parameter that you have the option of setting up during OneAgent installation. The nonprivileged user that is created if you do not specify a user is of course "dtuser". I need to know where to change it and where to locate it on both Linux and Windows machines.
