Is there an option to view all tickets opened within an organization? vs asking the team members to include you on the ticket for tracking?

Unfortunately that is currently not possible, you have to CC the colleagues that should see the ticket.
That's also a feature we are missing very much from the old ticket system.

I hope Dynatrace will provide a fix soon - as this is a big problem for us.
