What can I do with log4net when logging to sqlserver

I have an application that logs to a sqlserver instance using log4net. Is it possible to use this in Dt?

Dynatrace LogAnalytics is able to analyze log files of monitored processes and supports log streaming using syslog. Currently we don't have support for logs stored in database.
