in the section transaction and services i have this service: APMListenerServiceAuth.

What kind of service is? A tool of monitoring?

Hi Elisa,

It must be a service provided by a monitored process and host within your environment. Are you able to provide more information? When you click on the service, you should be able to see the type of service, service technology, and processes/hosts supporting that service. See the screenshot below for example.
