What is the minimum plugin version required to get Live Debugger snapshots?

Can any version before the required one get snapshots?

The required IDE plugins with Grail support are as follows:  

Jet brains - 1.0.3  

VS code - 2.0.1  

These are now the minimum required version for plugins to work.  Any version before that won't get snapshots.
